Couples Therapy
Our couples therapy sessions provide a space for partners to reconnect, improve communication, and navigate challenges together. We support couples in building stronger, more resilient relationships that honor the needs of both individuals while strengthening the family as a whole.
ADHD Assessments
Our comprehensive ADHD assessments are designed specifically for women, with options for the experience through the lifespan or postpartum specific experiences that also assess for perinatal mental health conditions. Each evaluation explores how your mind, body, and emotions work together, helping you make sense of your challenges and uncover what you truly need to thrive.
Workshops
Our workshops give working moms and their partners accessible tools for self-care, stress management, and emotional regulation. Workshops are also a chance to find community and connect with others who understand the challenges of balancing motherhood, work, and self.
Therapy with Mom Works Counseling Group
We are a boutique therapy group in Maryland that specializes in women’s mental health, perinatal mental health, and workplace wellness. Each provider has completed additional advanced training in niched areas to support you in mind body connection and whole self health and healing. All with the goal to support your mental health in your current season of life.

Each provider tailors their approach to your sessions based on your needs and their clinical recommendations. We work with you to create a plan to support your mental health by creating a meaningful plan of action where you are heard, understood, and supported.

As a solution-focused practice, we recommend 8-12 sessions of engagement for individual therapy and 6-8 sessions of engagement for couples therapy. You may prefer to work longer term with your provider and that’s okay! We also acknowledge that we may work with you for this specific season you’re in to build the tools and find the clarity you’re looking for.
